I've never met a system I couldn't untangle — or a business owner I couldn't help find their way back to clarity.

Some people are born with a gift for words, or music, or art. Mine has always been this: I can walk into any business, at any stage of chaos, and immediately see the patterns. What's working. What's not. What's one small shift away from actually flowing the way it should.

I don't know how to explain it other than — I've always seen things this way. And it turns out, a lot of business owners desperately need someone who does.

My Story:

I didn't learn this in a classroom. I learned it in the field — for over 25 years, across more industries than most people can name. Corporate settings. Insurance. Industrial factories. Restaurants. Brick-and-mortar retail. Online businesses. Coaches, consultants, creatives, service providers of every kind. I've built systems where there were none. Created training programs from scratch. Hired, fired, managed, restructured, and rebuilt — more times than I can count.

Along the way, I’ve helped my husband run his businesses. I homeschooled our three kids while building my own. I juggled all of it with the kind of organizational instinct that drives some people absolutely crazy and saves others from complete operational meltdown.

The through-line in all of it? Every business, in every industry, has the same core problem: the person running it is carrying everything in their head, and nothing is written down in a way they actually own and understand.

That's what I fix.

My Philosophy:

I made a deliberate choice a long time ago not to build systems for people. Not because I can't — but because I've seen what happens when someone else builds your backend. You become dependent on them the moment they walk out the door. You don't understand why decisions were made, it doesn’t work the way you think, you can't adapt when you need to scale, and you definitely can't explain it to anyone you'd want to hire.

My approach is different on purpose: I walk you through every decision, every system, every workflow — not so you can watch, but so you can own it. That's not a limitation of working with me. That's the whole point.

Who I Am:

I'm a follower of Jesus, a wife of 20+ years, a homeschool mom to three, and a self-described organizational nut who also runs a few Etsy shops on the side — because creativity needs somewhere to go.

I am direct. I’m not good at beating around the bush. I have a quick wit, a healthy appreciation for sarcasm, and a deeply Southern tendency to say exactly what I mean, prefaced with ‘bless her heart’. 😉

My personality isn't for everyone — and I've made peace with that. The people who thrive working with me are the ones who want the truth, not just encouragement. Who want a real strategic partner, not someone who just validates whatever they're already thinking.

But here's what else is true: when you're in my world, you are seen. You are heard. Every detail of your business matters to me because it matters to you. I don't do generic. I don't do cookie-cutter. And I never, ever make you feel like just another client in a queue.

Twenty-five years of real-world operational experience across dozens of industries. Hundreds of businesses helped. Thousands of hours of chaos turned into clarity.

I didn't get here through a textbook. I got here by doing the work — over and over — until I could see what most people can't.

If you're ready to stop carrying your business in your head and start running it with the clarity and structure it actually deserves — I'd love to talk.

At Virtually Structured, I help female coaches, consultants, creatives, and service providers build operations they actually understand — and can lead without depending on anyone else to explain them.

My work is built on one premise: if you didn't build it, it’s harder to lead it.

The Visionary Approach is how we get there:

  • Clarity — getting honest about where you are and what's actually standing in the way

  • Strategy — building the operational foundation your business needs to scale

  • Ownership — making sure every system, workflow, and decision makes sense to the person running the business: YOU

No handoffs. No dependency. No calling someone else to fix what they built for you. Just a business you fully understand and can confidently lead.

Our Core Values

Everything we do at Virtually Structured comes back to these:

  • Clarity over confusion — We get honest about where you are before we build anything

  • Ownership over dependency — If you can't run it without us, we didn't do our job

  • Collaboration over handoffs — We build with you, not for you. That's not a limitation — it's the whole point.

  • Truth over fluff — Real strategy, real talk, real results

  • Excellence over shortcuts — Every system we help build is meant to last, not just look good on paper
